How do attendees receive their tickets?

Attendees get a confirmation email with their QR ticket right after purchase.

Can I track ticket sales?

Yes! Your dashboard shows tickets sold, revenue, and registrations in real time, so you always know how your event is performing.

What’s a good tool for selling event tickets online?

Built-in social and email marketing tools take your event to your audience so you can start selling tickets right away.

Can I issue refunds?

Yes. Navigate to your account’s My Stuff and click the ‘Events’ on the left panel. Here, click on the respective event for which you want to issue refunds.

Under the ‘Tickets’ tab, you can view all sold tickets and respective attendee information. Here, select the attendee(s) you want to refund.

The processing fee and service fee for a ticket aren’t refundable. For more details on the refund policy, read more.

Do I need Stripe to sell tickets on PosterMyWall?

Yes. To sell paid tickets you need a paid PosterMyWall plan, and ticket sales are currently available to organizers in the United States. You’ll only be asked to connect to Stripe when you set a ticket price (minimum $10) — free tickets and RSVPs don’t need Stripe.
Don’t have a Stripe set up? You only have to set it up once to process payments for all your upcoming ticketed events. Follow steps here.

What payment methods are accepted for purchasing tickets?

Note: Ticket purchasing is only available in the US.

PayPal is currently not supported. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. PosterMyWall never sees or stores your card number.
